Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for VoiceCallingAI, operated by Chatflare Private Limited. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST.
1. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that has already started, except as described in “Exceptions” below.
2. Prepaid credits
Credits are prepaid and are consumed as you use the Service. Purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits may carry a validity period as stated on the Pricing page or at the time of purchase; expired credits are not refundable.
3. Starter pack
Any one-time starter pack is non-refundable once the associated phone number and credits have been provisioned, as it represents resources allocated specifically to you.
4. Exceptions — when we will refund
We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund in cases such as:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge.
- A confirmed failure on our side to deliver the Service that we are unable to resolve.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
5. Failed transactions
If money is deducted from your account but a transaction fails, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank. If you do not see the reversal within 5–7 business days, please contact us or your bank.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@voicecallingai.com from your registered email address with your account details, the transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
